Tzatziki
Tzatziki or tarator is a yoghurt dip that is as versatile as it is tasty and refreshing. Use it as a dip with some pita, on sandwiches, or as a side dish for your barbecues.

Ingredients
1 large telegraph cucumber – grated
5 cloves of garlic – crushed
1 litre of Greek yoghurt
Sun-flour or olive oil
Dill or parsley and salt to taste
Equipment
Grater and a bowl
Steps
1. Grate the cucumber into the bowl, chop the dill (I prefer dill) or parsley and add.
2. Peel the garlic and crush it into the bowl
3. Add the yoghurt, salt and sunflower oil. You can use olive oil if you prefer.
4. Mix it all together and enjoy.
